Application starts in the first admit cycle after Truman State University moved from Drupal to WordPress.

A conversational inquiry agent we built for Kalamazoo College, live and routing to Salesforce since 2018.

A conversational survey meets prospective students on the channels they actually use: text, email, web. We gather feedback at every decision point, not just once at the inquiry step.

04FAQ

Everything you’d ask on the first call.

How does an engagement actually work?

One senior team, end to end. Two weeks of discovery, a working prototype by day fourteen, weekly demos through the build, launch around week fourteen, and thirty days of post-launch support. No handoffs, no subcontractors.

What does it cost?

App development typically runs $40K–$120K. AI agent sprints run $25K–$75K, with enterprise transformations beyond that. Strategy engagements start at $25K for a two-week diagnostic. We scope by impact, and we will tell you the number before you commit to anything.

How fast is “fast”?

Most projects ship in eight to sixteen weeks; the average is fourteen. You will see a working prototype in the first two, because momentum you can hold beats a roadmap you have to trust.

Why only four engagements per quarter?

Because the promise is the senior team. Seniors do not scale by hiring juniors and relabeling the org chart, so four at a time is what keeps every client working with the people they met on the first call.

Do you work with startups or enterprises?

Both, with the same team. Funded startups come for speed; enterprise teams ($2M–$50M) come for rigor. The overlap is the point: startup pace with enterprise discipline.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of post-launch support are built into every engagement. After that, everything is yours: code, repos, design files, documentation. The system is built to run without us.

Why not just hire in-house?

For the annual cost of one senior hire, you get an entire senior team (engineering, design, and strategy) that has shipped together for years. And when the work is done, you are not carrying the payroll.

Ready to stop experimenting and start shipping?

No pitches. No decks. Just an honest conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and what it takes to get there.

Four engagements per quarter. The next one could be yours.
